Frank Novosel  Employee Benefits Specialist  Frank grew up in Declo, Idaho, where he attended grade and high school, though he graduated from Burley High School. He has degrees from the University of Portland and the University of Kansas. Frank comes to us from Seattle, where he worked as a group benefits administrator for a large Non-profit human services agency, as service manager for a group brokerage, and as a service representative for a national insurance carrier. Frank has extensive experience in customer service. Currently, Frank serves as administrative assistant for Cindy Smart-Tealey in our Colonial voluntary benefits division. He also possesses a Disability & Life license in the state of Idaho.
