Scott Howell Benefits Consultant Scott is an Employee Benefit Consultant at WBS.  Scott has 6 years experience in the insurance and financial services industry.  He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance.  Scott currently serves as the point of contact for several employers including Albertsons and Teck Cominco American.  He has extensive experiences in the design, implementation, and communication of employee benefits.  Scott’s experience enhances our ability to better understand the needs of our clients. Scott is involved in the analysis of plan design and experience, renewal strategies, annual reporting, presentations, and the overall marketing objectives of our firm.
